Return Policy

No returns or exchanges will be made with the exception of incorrect items or sizes sent if we send the incorrect item or size in error.  If we send the incorrect item or size we will pay the shipping cost. Otherwise you must pay the shipping cost for the return of the item to us. Returns must be pre-authorized in writing by Laced Chicago.  Please do not return your item without email authorization. Returns must be made with the original receipt within 15 days of the delivery date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment.   Returns of merchandise must be in new condition and include the original undamaged box; bag (if applicable); original hang tags; etc.   We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, used or altered. All returns are subject to evaluation by Laced Chicago.
